What does the process look like if someone has been a customer for a while?
‘This is also custom work. It depends on the needs of the client,’ says Marco. ‘I keep my finger on the pulse. There are certain moments in a year when I consult the advice for the client, for example around Budget Day when various changes are announced. Then I contact them to discuss whether the current solutions still suit the client and whether we need to take action.’
‘We also often set up a team of specialists for the client, who are linked to the solutions,’ says Marco. ‘For example, an investment advisor, a mortgage advisor and a structurer. In this way, we surround the client with the help he or she needs and these specialists also contact the client where necessary.’
‘Contact does not necessarily have to go through the banker,’ says Chantal. ‘It happens to me regularly that a customer, who I spoke to two years ago, for example, calls me for a cup of coffee. To go over the current situation and to discuss whether everything is still okay.’
The customer can always call me if something changes or if he or she has questions. For example, if a customer wants to change the current approach, we will talk again.
